Jan has been focusing on generational management since 2018, when Strateggo began conducting research for Czech universities.
He was part of the organizing team that, during the Czech Presidency of the Council of the European Union (2022), coordinated a conference aimed at supporting youth leadership in the EU.
He has delivered training and provided consulting on how to work with Generation Z in dozens of companies and work teams at both Czech and international universities.
In collaboration with the University of Economics in Prague, Jan co-founded the Gensight platform, which specializes in consulting and data analysis in the field of generational management.
